DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery services provided by Belleflowie.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order for delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Delivery Area:

    • We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the Ipoh area.
  2. Delivery Time:

    • Our delivery service operates from Monday to Sunday. (Closed on Wednesday & Public Holiday)
    • We offer two delivery time slots:
      a) 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
      b) 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

      Under Sympathy Category
      Weekday: for order placed before 12 noon, can select the same day delivery

      Other categories items
      The pre-order day is 2 days, except for the category Same day delivery
      Weekend / public holiday/ peak season (Valentines’ day, Mother’s day etc) same day delivery are not available

 

Delivery Fees:

  • We offer Self Pickup within the designated Ipoh area.
    • RM7: Delivery charge for specified postcode.
    • RM8: Delivery charge for specified postcode.
    • RM10: Delivery charge for specified postcode.
    • RM15: Delivery charge for specified postcode.

    Please note that the actual delivery charges may vary depending on the specific postcode provided.

Delivery Process:

  • Our team will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the selected time slot.
  • Delivery times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic conditions or inclement weather. In such cases, we will make our best effort to deliver your order as promptly as possible.
  • Our delivery personnel will contact you at the provided phone number before the delivery to confirm the availability of the recipient or to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Order Tracking:

  • We currently do not offer order tracking services. However, you can contact our customer support team at [Enter Customer Support Contact Details] for any delivery-related inquiries.

Delivery Confirmation:

  • Upon successful delivery, our delivery personnel will obtain a confirmation signature from the recipient or any authorized person available at the provided delivery address.
  • This confirmation will serve as proof of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • In the event that our delivery personnel are unable to deliver the order due to the recipient’s unavailability or inaccurate delivery information, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you.
  • If we are unable to reach you or arrange an alternative delivery time, the order may be canceled, and a refund or rescheduling can be arranged as per our refund policy.

 

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you need to return/exchange your product, please review the information below.

Customers may return/exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases:

1) Different from the product upon ordering

2) Near expiry (within 3 months)

3) Damaged products

Terms for returns and exchanges:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

– Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by ROSES N’ RED.
